In transitioning this pre-war loft to a state-of-the-art audio recording studio, we committed to prioritizing its purpose as a musician’s workspace without ever compromising on design. Every detail of the 2,000-square-foot gut-renovation was chosen with this harmony of aesthetics and function in mind, from the vintage white oak floor and Venetian plastered walls to the tailored acoustical doors and flexible, soundproof studio spaces.
